Buyer beware!
This store is terrible. They sent the wrong color item for my hot tub and won’t take it back. The color on the site is NOT what they sent and now my hot tub looks terrible. I’ve had service from Jacuzzi and they are even worse. They charged me for service but did not provide any service. They think they can do and say whatever they want but you won’t get any service. If I could rate them at zero, I would.
If you can avoid buying anything from jacuzzi, then avoid. Worst customer experience ever!! 3-4 times in a row.
